Abstract
  • This project proposes, establishes, and evaluates small-group ministries in Progressive Community Chapel (Springfield, Mass), in order to encourage the congregation to mature from a 'membership' mentality to a 'movement' mentality. Small-group ministries provide an educational process for members to mature spiritually and prepare the church for effective and productive ministry in the twenty-first century.
