Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to produce a discipleship strategy for men at First Baptist Church, Sayre, by having a developed team of disciple-makers. A men's ministry dinner, ten three-hour equipping sessions, and a four-day retreat were utilized. Sessions included small and large group discussions, as well as instruction. The objectives consisted of helping the participants to grow as disciples of Christ, recognizing their calling and value in discipleship ministry, and to engage them in a discipleship relationship with another man. The result of the project was seven men equipped and serving in the work of discipleship.
