- Abstract
- This study examines the problem of negative relationships between Evangelical churches and College of Theology and Education in Moldova. The project report addresses causes of misunderstandings between churches and pastors toward academia in the historic, multi-ethnic, socio-economic, and cultural context of Moldova. The project involved participation by a select group of Russian-speaking students at CTE in seminars where these problems were identified and analyzed. The project director and students generated helpful suggestions which they hope may be implemented by CTE, churches and denominational leaders to nurture healthy relationships between the churches and theological education.
