  • This project in ministry seeks to pursuade the laity of the church that their share of the ministry of the church is as valid and valuable as that of the clergy. It includes study of the biblical and historical development of the concept of ministry and intensive reflection upon each person's gifts for mnistry and experiences in ministry. The project is evaluated regarding the impact of the change in perception upon the individuals involved and upon the church body.
