Abstract
  • This project proposes that relocation of Broadmoor Baptist Church to a new community means that a need exists for a ministry plan focused on the young adult population in the new area. The project prepares young adult leaders to develop a ministry plan for young adults, teaching them characteristics and needs of young adults, training them to develop and implement surveys, and directing them in developing a ministry plan based on survey results. The ministry plan was evaluated by selected church leaders and three young adult ministers. These evaluations confirmed the need for a ministry plan, and the ministry plan validated the need of the community.
