A training program to prepare lay evangelists is proposed and evaluated. It aims at preparing to reach men and women with the gospel in the postmodern culture, where all truths are held to be particular and relative. The approach presented here seeks to take postmodern thinking into account when presenting the gospel. What was held in common by both believers and unbelievers in our culture is now disappearing fast. This training program's main aim is to prepare lay workers to take the unchanging word of God into today's postmodern changing culture.
