Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to equip church leaders to experience the grace of God, commit to evangelistic ministry of reconciliation, and to practice principles of peace-making in their personal lives. The project was conducted by teaching seminars directed at each aspect of reconciliation, as defined by the author. The results have been positive in three areas: (1) church numerical growth; (2) more volunteers involved in outreach; (3) heightened awareness of conflict in the church with a corresponding desire for healthy resolution.
