Abstract
  • This project paper focuses on two United Methodist congregations located in Dacula, Georgia. In May of 2010 these congregations were merged together to better serve the Dacula community. The focus of the merger was to make a larger impact on a growing multiracial community. The report explores the process of how the merger came about and also looks at what must be done to insure the vision of the new church created by the merger can be accomplished. The theological frame supporting this report is the interaction between Peter and Cornelius in Acts 10.
