Abstract

The purpose of this project was to enhance the project director's effectiveness in the delivery of sermon conclusions at First Baptist Church, Irvington, Alabama. The project director researched various sermon conclusions identified as effective, developed a series of sermons incorporating the effective sermon styles, and preached the sermons at First Baptist Church, Irvington, Alabama. In order to ensure the project director enhanced his effectiveness in the delivery of sermon conclusions, the project utilized a listening team from First Baptist Church, Irvington, Alabama and an academic expert and field practitioner for evaluation and feedback.
