Abstrait

The purpose of this project was to utilize information from research on the topic of small groups and leadership to develop training materials to be used in equipping a selected group of potential adult leaders of NorthPark Baptist Church to lead an EMPACT Bible study group. The selected group received training materials as well as instruction on how to lead an EMPACT Bible study group. The training materials were introduced in a workshop format. The mode of instruction was determined by the results of the research. The project resulted in a selected group of potential leaders being able to lead EMPACT Bible study groups.
