Abstract
  • This study acknowledges the impact on the church of an increasing number of women who are entering the ministry. Based on the belief that there is equality between men and women at the time of creation, and that Jesus called both men and women to follow him, this study contends that all persons have the responsibility of living out this call in the service of the church. The study involves a particular presbytery of the Presbyterian Church (USA) as it fulfills its educational responsibility by providing ways for congregations to know of the ministry of women.
