  • This final document contains a description of the context of ministry in which the project was developed and accomplished, along with an autobiographical statement of this participant in the Doctor of Ministry program of United Theological Seminary. There is also presentation of the problems dealt with in the project, along with a description of the project and the process, and a theological statement from the participant. Also included are the evaluation instruments employed, and the results obtained from the same. The findings and implications present the writer's interpretation of the results of the project, along with suggestions for improving the content of the project the next time around. The section on 'The Contribution to Ministry' is the summary statement of the validity of the project. The final document is completed with an annotated bibliography.
