This project develops a video for the rite of Christian initiation of adults. It focuses on three aspects of the rite: the catechumenate, the andragogical elements involved in the communication of theology to adults, and the practical considerations necessary to develop an RCIA parish team. The video project guides a parish RCIA team as it implements the recently introduced 'norm' for initiating new members into the Roman Catholic Church.
