Abstrakt

This ministry project was designed to enhance the performance of the church media library in the Christian education ministry of a local congregation. Through administrative changes, promotions, and incorporating the library into the general function of the education ministry, this project received measurable success. The only limitation of the project's success was that it had little impact on those who were not involved with the education ministry (e.g. Sunday school, Wednesday evening Bible study, etc). However, with those who were involved in the above stated programs it produced excellent results, increasing the check-out rate in the library and making the library more pastoral in function.
