Abstracto

The purpose of this project is to develop a comprehensive strategy for expanding multicultural ministries at the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. A selected group of leaders coming from the different ministry areas of the convention was enlisted to form a cross functional team and instructed in a process for creating a comprehensive strategy. Various information gathering tools were used to determine the multicultural challenges of the convention and information gathered provided the basis for which the multicultural ministry strategy was developed. The project's scope began with the enlistment of a cross functional team, the development of a strategy, and the presentation of a strategic plan to the executive leadership of the convention for their approval.
