Abstracto

This project addresses the continuing education and fellowship needs of Nazarene pastors in North and South Dakota. The pastors were organized (by region) into groups of four to six men. In each of five consecutive months, they read an assigned book (a different book each month) and then met to discuss it. Their reading and discussion provided continuing education. Their being together provided an opportunity for fellowship. The project report outlines the minister's continuing education and fellowship needs as suggested from Scripture and ministry-related materials. The format of the project is then explored and analyzed. Included is a brief manual of 'how-to' for others desiring to use the basic format.
