- Abstract
- The purpose of the project was to develop an associational church planting strategy for the leadership of the Northwest Louisiana Baptist Association. To achieve the purpose, the project director served as a state convention strategist who developed the strategy in light of the missional framework of the 'Louisiana Baptist Convention Cooperative Church Planting Strategy and Cooperative Strategy Funding.' Working through an iterative strategy thinking process, the project director refined and presented the strategy to the Director of Missions and to other associational leaders.
