Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to develop a missional Sunday School strategy in the Greater Orlando Baptist Association. The project included three major phases. Phase one examined the missional church movement focusing on the Sunday School or small group ministries. The second phase utilized a strategy team of leaders from the association to develop a missional Sunday School strategy for their association. During the third phase, associational leaders adopted the new strategy to empower Greater Orlando Baptist Association churches to train believers who think and live as missionaries. As a result of the project, the director enhanced his knowledge of the Sunday School/small group ministries of missional churches and his strategy development skills.
