Abstract
  • Most bivocational pastors lack an appreciation for their unique role in Christian ministry, and need training to develop the Sunday school program in their small churches. Research was accomplished through reading, personal interviews and pre-testing. Participating pastors gained a significant understanding of the value of bivocational ministry. They also acquired a measurable increase in knowledge for strengthening the Sunday school program in the local congregation.
