Abstract
  • This project was designed to provide a practical written handbook for infertile Christian couples to help them deal with the spiritual, emotional, medical, ethical and relational difficulties that infertility often entails. The material for this project comes from a combination of personal experience, formal and informal involvement with other infertile couples, and extensive library research. The resulting handbook led to a number of results and conclusions: infertile couples are hurting and tend to be isolated, the general public has little awareness of infertility, and the church needs to address the ethical questions of infertility treatment.
