Abstract
  • Increased exposure to the biblical theology underlying recommended ecclesiastical changes will increase parishoners' willingness to implement the recommended changes. This case study demonstrates a significant relationship between exposing parishioners to the biblical theology underlying recommended changes and their increased willingness to implement recommended changes. The author presents a biblical overview of motivating change with theology followed by a synopsis of contemporary resources for implementing ecclesiastical change. A biblical rationale for natural church development's eight quality characteristics of church health in the appendix.
