Abstract

This thesis is a research study on effective short-term mission trips and their structure and administration. For effective short-term mission trips, a theological foundation towards the mission should be established and detailed manuals are essential. Therefore, the research has been based on the theological foundation of the 'Konvivenz Mission'. And hence a short-term mission trip manual has been compiled. This manual hs been used to conduct a short-term mission trip at Baekwoon Church. Anonymous surveys have been done among participants. The questionnaire was focused on the changes of attitudes before and after short-term mission tips. The results show that when the short-term mission trip was conducted using the manual presented in this paper, the 'Konvivenz Mission' has been accomplished most of the time. Also this manual is proven to be very effective for short-term mission trips.
