Abstract

This project develops a vision-based ministry strategy to guide the church into the twenty-first century, proposing that a selected group of adult members could receive a vision for ministry, write a vision statement, and develop a vision-based ministry strategy. The project constructs and implements a training program for the group, and employs several types of evaluation instruments. The project administers a questionnaire to the study group, confirming the usefulness of the training.
