Abstract
  • The thesis proposes that the indwelling presence of Jesus Christ in a church is best demonstrated by team ministry. Second Baptist Church is a traditional church whose future depends upon revitalization. The purpose of the project is to implement a comprehensive model which involves the entire congregation in team ministry. The method used includes interviewing members to enlist them, organizing ten Ministry Teams and forming a Ministry Council to coordinate the system. The results show that a team ministry system can restore vitality in an older church and that members are excited to be doing Christ's ministry together.
