Abstract
  • The purpose of this project is to assess how discipleship as a driving model of educaiton could influence the curriculum of the Eurasian Theological Seminary (ETS) in Moscow, Russia. Data was collected by researching biblical, historical, theological, and secular literature on discipleship and mentorship. A quantitative and a qualitative study showed a definite correlation exists between perceived effectiveness of the curriculum and the students' perceptions of their teachers' performances. Data analysis indicates that the teachers' personal impact on the students could be the most influential factor in their academic experience at the seminary.
