Abstract
  • God directs the ministries a church is to be involved with through the membership as well as the called leadership. Through an organized process of committee involvement in the budgeting process, many church members are involved. As a result of the membership being directly involved in the ministry plans, they can claim ownership of the church's ministry. From this ownership of ministry, members are more willing to be supportive of the church with their time, talents, and financial resources.
