Abstract
  • This thesis is a spritual guidance aid to help intentional interim pastors (IIPs) remain in interim ministry for which they were trained. It gives knowledge of intentional interim ministry by understanding IIP experiences through case studies and to find benefit in their experiences and spiritual growth. The conclusion is that all IIPs experience the same type of ministries in intentional interim ministry and that we can share and be helped by other experiences and remain whole in this specialized, most difficult ministry into which our Lord Jesus has called us.
