Abstract
  • This project focused on how the local church can help impact the disparities in equal access to legal representation for the poor by launching a pro bono legal ministry in the local community. The author engaged three churches in three different cities to serve as pilot settings to establish a pro bono legal ministry in the local community. This project concluded that it is possible for any church to create a sustainable pro bono legal ministry with the appropriate guidance.
