Abstract
  • This project focuses on the theoretical and practical development of a local church video ministry. Considered are studies of the proclamation process via left- and right-brain lateralization; western culture's left-brain dominance; the parable as a left- and right-brain communication tool; and the history of the Church's use of technology to communicate the Word through word, in radio and television ministries. This report describes a local church's development of a video ministry, including worship, drama, choral music, and wedding instruction, utilizing both local cable television and portable videos taken to homebound members.
