Abstract
  • Operation Multiplication (OM) is the discipleship ministry founded by Billie Hanks, Jr. The goal of OM is to help the local church train men and women to be obedient to the Great Commission. OM accomplishes this by training new Christians and new church members to train others to make disciples. This dissertation is a qualitative analysis to measure the effectiveness of OM.
