Abstrakt

The purpose of this project in ministry was to equip selected student leaders from Parkway Baptist Church with essential disciple-making skills. The project director chose the equipping model in order that the research completed would be a tool utilized to spur on Great Commission obedience in the lives of students at Parkway Baptist Church. He conducted research in the field of discipleship and created a curriculum to identify the skills necessary for being discipled and making disciples.Assessment of the project consisted of five tests. The tests were given to the student leaders before and after each equipping session. The results of the tests helped the project director to determine if the equipping model was successful.
