This project proposes that a single-parent seminar offered in a local church could develop more positive attitudes toward needs of single parents. The project's ten-week seminar includes didactic sessions, individual assignments, and group dialogue. Evaluation instruments include formal pre-test/post-test questionnaires and informal pre- and post-seminar interviews. Evaluations indicate that participants display more positive attitudes toward single parents' needs at the end of the seminar than before.
