- The puprose of this project was to develop a missions mobilization strategy for Gilliam Springs Baptist Church, Arab, Alabama. During phase one the Project Director interviewed church, association, state convention, and entity leaders to determine the best practices of missions mobilization. During phase two the Project Director explored existing strategy planning models to determine the best practices of strategic planning. During phase three the Project Director wrote the mobilization strategy for Gilliam Springs Baptist Church. The project concluded with the POroject Director presenting the strategy to the Missions Ministry Team at Gilliam Springs Baptist Church for approval and adoption.
