  • The purpose of this project was to develop a strategy to assimilate worship attendees into small groups at Northcliffe Baptist Church, Spring Hill, Florida. For the first stage of this project, the project director explored strategy planning and assimilation to increase his knowledge and skills in the respective fields of study. In the second stage, the project director assembled a planning team, devised the planning process, and then led the team to develop an assimilation strategy. In the final stage, the project director presented the assimilation strategy to the senior pastor for review.
