Abstract
  • This Evangelical Free Church had faced major conflict. This project focused on leading that church through the adjustment stage, the fifth stage of the conflict cycle. Chapter 1 discusses basic assumptions of church conflict aftermath. Chapter 2 presents inside perspectives on conflict: the historical conflicts that helped form the EFCA; the contextual problems of this church; and a theological, theoretical, and methodological approach to understanding conflict aftermath within a church. Chapter 3 presents a dual chronology of time and subject matters of what was done to help this church. A concluding chapter assesses the project.
