This dissertation is designed to help pastors and church leaders gain wisdom for the transition of their church to a new larger facility. The move to a new facility is filled with many new obstacles and opportunities. The desire of this study is to provide wisdom for leaders of transition. The author used archival research combined with case studies. The project is broken down into three parts: seven principles of transition from God's word, wisdom from leaders who have 'been there & done that'. The text closes with four relevant questions the leader of transition may be asking.
