Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a disciple-making strategy for Kingsley Lake Baptist Church (KLBC) to reach unchurched people in Bradford and Clay Counties. The project director researched effective disciple making strategies utilized by churches in similar demographic contexts to KLBC to learn principles applicable to KLBC's ministry. The project director increased his knowledge in disciple-making strategies and his skill in strategic planning. A strategy planning team was selected and trained to develop a disciple-making strategy based on the demographic research and other disciple-making strategies discovered by the project director. The strategy was approved by KLBC.
