Abstract
  • This project's purpose was to initiate a process for helping selected people to become servant leaders at Hope Baptist Church in Vancouver, Washington. Servant leadership was presented as the biblical way to be a leader. The project consisted of a one-day retreat and six monthly workshops. The retreat and workshops were interactive and focused on the personal growth of the participants. Each of the participants made measurable progress in their quest to become a better servant leader.
