Abstract
  • The goal of the project was to motivate the laity to participate in church ministry based upon biblical principles while maintaining the importance of the cultural context of the Nagas. Research included the reading of relevant books, the administration of a questionnaire and interviews and the use of inventive instruments. Trainings given to the laity and their reflections and opinions helped actualize the project. Consultations and studies with the professional pastors played a vital role in the work. The project removed many of the doubts of the laity regarding their roles in their churches. It also moved the pastors to accommodate their laity in church ministry. The project unified the professionals and laity in their acceptance of ministry as a common task for the Lord.
