Abstract
  • The purpose of this project/dissertation was to improve the relationship between first generation Korean immigrants and the second generation, and between church and community, based upon principle of theology of reconciliation in connection with the idea, interpretation, and application of family-centered Korean cultural system and ethical standards. In order for the church to find the impediments that hinder the growth of church or laying problems between two generations for understanding one another in Korean community, the church must establish its present position in relation with and effect of its history, environment, goals, organizational structure, political and/or administrative system. Reorganize the church structure and install new system as needed.
