Abstrakt

This project proposes to help congregations and local church leaders to acquire and apply a more holistic understanding and approach to congregational issues as they develop a systems model for congregational life and work through participation in a systems analysis workshop. The project conducts workshops with lay members and professional church leaders of four American Baptist congregations and members of the denomination's regional staff.
