- The purpose of this project was to design a strategy to transition Fellowship of the Rockies, Colorado Springs, Colorado, into a multi-site church throughout the Colorado Springs metropolitan area. Currently Fellowship of the Rockies is a one-site, value-based, medium-sized congregation primarily focusing on a particular community. The senior pastor/project director's vision is that the medium-sized congregation responding to the dynamics of a community within a larger city is the best form of church to lead individuals into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ while being embraced by a community of believers (the purpose statement of the project director's church).
