- Abstract
- The study focuses on the possible causes of decline in church congregational numerical growth. Results point to: Narrow view of ministry and mission; centralized hierarchical clergy and; their inability to enhance practical help for particularly needy youth members, and children as factors in ensuring and promoting growth.
