- Abstract
- The purpose of this project was to create a model that addresses the ethno religious conflict between Muslims and Christians in Kaduna, Nigeria, and elevate its effectiveness for achieving peaceful coexistence. The biblical and historical basis for peace and reconciliation was developed. An integrated conflict transformation model was created and submitted to ten significant Christian and Muslim leaders for evaluation. The result of the evaluation revealed that the model will be effective in creating deeper awareness and understanding of each other's religion which appears to be the greatest obstacle in the promotion of a peaceful coexistence between them.
