Abstract
  • Our NCCBA Mission Outpost Manual assists church leaders understand and overcome cultural barriers to making disciples. The literature research centers on the Bible and pertinent books on cultural anthropology, systematic theory, leadership, postmodern culture, church history and church planting. The chapters help church leaders address their corporate relational system, leadership culture, neighborhood ethnicity, postmodern Americans, and church planting. Each section contains pertinent information and specific recommendations for change. Also included is a relational systems questionnaire, designed to help congregations look at their relational patterns in view of the life and teaching of Christ.
