Abstract
  • The thesis was that selected adults could be equipped as accountability groups in basic spiritual disciplines that foster personal spiritual growth. The experimental research method was used to determine the effectiveness of the program. The pretest-posttest design was utilized with a control group and experimental group. The experimental group received eight weeks of training. Accountability groups were exercised as a method for equipping adults in basic spiritual disciplines. Significant statistical growth (p less than 0.05) was measured in the experimental group.
