Abstract
  • The project is a resource to better understand the similarities and differences between parish and campus ministries, and how the similarities and differences affect the programs, ministry styles, and forms of worship in each ministry setting. The project examines, both sociologically and demographically, the social context and the identity of each congregation. Included is an explanation of the implications for ministry now and in the 21st century. Key trends of the '90s and characteristics of secular people are also listed. The project encourages a vision for ministry and offers a formula for implementing change in the congregation.
