Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to help members of Buckner Baptist Church (Buckner, Ky) gain a greater awareness of their role and responsibility as ministers. This was accomplished through an 'I Am A Minister' campaign. This was a comprehensive campaign that involved most of the organizations in the church. The three main goals of the campaign were to teach basic information about the individual Christian's role as a minister, to motivate members to make a commitment to become more involved in the ministry of the church, and to develop a long range plan that would help church members fulfill this call.
