- Assuming an holistic approach, the developed curriculum examines healing from the viewpoint of wholeness, or integration, of body, mind, and spirit. Exegesis of New Testament teachings and miracles concludes that spiritual healing is a proper subject for education. The curriculum contains 13 two-hour lessons making substantial use of current theories of behavior affecting physical and mental health, integrated with biblical and theological insights. Evaluation of the e, taught in a local church, shows the average student acquired some undecourse, taught in a local church, shows the average student acquired some understanding of the nature of spiritual healing and claimed motivation to participate in spiritual healing in the future.
