Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop and present a strategy for Florida Baptist churches' ministry to baby boomers who are caregivers. The strategy model grew out of research by the project director, the results of an assessment of caregivers' needs, and the suggestions of a strategy planning team meeting in Lakeland, Florida, June 30, 2009. The strategy model will be useful for missional Baptist churches who seek to design and pursue ministries that care for the caregivers among their congregations and communities.
